Nim Frazer, SIOR, Owner/ CEO
Nim Frazer is the Owner and Manager of Industrial Partners. He joined the company in 1985 and became the primary leasing agent and manager. Over time, Industrial Properties, Inc. became Industrial Partners, LLC and is now under the management of the second generation of the Frazer family.
Nim’s daughter, MaryBlan, joined the firm in 2012 and his son, Nimrod in late 2017, and marks the third generation of Frazers in the company.

A licensed real estate broker, Nim is also on the Board of Directors of the prestigious SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) association, an elite group of leading professional commercial and industrial real estate professionals. With 3,000 members in more than 630 cities in 34 countries, SIOR represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. Locally, Nim is a member of the Montgomery Commercial Real Estate Club and is a candidate for CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member).
Nim is incredibly involved within the Montgomery community, and is very active with many local organizations. He has served as a Past President of the Montgomery (Alabama) Chamber of Commerce ( 2010). Giving back to the community is very important to Nim and Industrial Partners. He served as the Montgomery Regional Board for Magic Moments for several years. Magic Moments is an Alabama-based organization that fulfills the non-medical wishes of chronically ill children in that state.

Jeanine Faulkner, Chief Financial Officer/Administrative Assistant
Jeanine joined our team in July of 2015 to replace Paula Mims, who retired after working for Industrial Partners since 1983. Jeanine has a financial background from Auburn University at Montgomery , where she graduated in 1990 with honors. Jeanine is a member of the Accounting Honor Society, Beta Alpha Psi, which is an international honor organization for accounting, finance and information systems. Jeanine provides support to Nim in all aspects of pricing and proposals as well as continuing to perform the financial duties of the company. Jeanine is married to Kevin Faulkner, and they have two young children, Taylor and Tyler. Jeanine has over 27 years of accounting and obtained her Alabama real estate license in 2016.
David Martin, Chief Operations Officer/Construction Manager
David joined Industrial Partners in 1985 and has seen the company grow almost from the ground up. He is a licensed Alabama Real Estate Agent and performs all duties associated with real estate activities, both with developmental properties as well as listing opportunities. An Auburn graduate with Masters Degrees in both Business Administration (MBA)and Community Planning (MCP) he continues his studies as a PhD Candidate in Public Administration and Policy Analysis. His multi-disciplined education makes him well qualified to provide support to Nim as well as our clients and customers. Having been involved with the design and construction of many of the Industrial Partners’ properties, he has extensive personal knowledge of every last one of our buildings. David is the front line contact with the Industrial Partners family of tenants, and with over 30 years to service to Industrial Partners, David is absolutely invaluable to our Management Team.
Mary Blan Frazer Moore, Leasing & Marketing Director
Mary Blan graduated Magna Cum Laude from University of Alabama in 2011 with a degree in Communications and Art with a concentration in photography. She joined the Industrial Partners team in March of 2012. Mary Blan is responsible for all property searches and marketing projects; including brochures, ad’s, flyers, website development, and social media. In 2013, MaryBlan real estate license, and become an associate salesperson with the company. MaryBlan married Ty Moore in October of 2017, and currently lives in Mountain Brook, AL where she spends her free time as a children’s portraiture photographer.
Nimrod Frazer III, Development & Leasing
Nimrod graduated from Auburn University in 2015 with a degree in Building Science. Nimrod went on to work with Robins & Morton, a leading construction and engineering company, as a Field Engineer and Project Engineer on several projects across the United States. Nimrod joined Industrial Partners in October of 2017 and received his real estate license. Nimrod is an integral part of our development and leasing team with his building science background and experience. Nimrod married Katy South, of Florence, AL, in March of 2017.
