25 New Jobs in the Montgomery Area may be generated by the leasing of our 139,187 square foot building located at 100 Smothers Road. A multi-year lease has been negotiated; terms or name of Lessee will not be disclosed. However, the Lessee will be an automotive-related industry.

Nim Frazer has completed the sale of two buildings, a showroom and a warehouse, located at 3040 Eastern Blvd, Montgomery, Alabama. The seller was Zions First National Bank, Salt Lake City, Utah.

Noland Properties, Inc. was represented by Nim Frazer in the sale of approximately 5.4 acres located at 600 North Eastern Boulevard containing a recently renovated building of 48,400 square feet, more or less. The building was purchased by Wilsford Properties, Inc. and will be utilized as additional space as they grow and expand their business.

When Chester’s Intl. had a need for additional warehouse space, Industrial Partners was able to lease 4,830 square feet within the same industrial park to them on a short term basis. The space worked out very well for both Lessee and Lessor and Chester’s has now extended that lease for an additional time period.
