Montgomery, AL (August 2013) – Industrial Partners recently announced its sales and lease transactions for the month of August. Â Included are the following:
1. The sale of 94 acres located at 1451 Louisville Street, Montgomery, Alabama. The land, owned by Kopper’s Inc., was purchased by Infinitus Energy. The materials recycling facility will be called Infinitus Renewable Energy Park at Montgomery and will be one of the first of its kind in the country. This $35 million dollar capital investment will bring 110 new jobs to the area, and long term environmental benefits in the efforts to go green.

2. The expansion and relocation of KJ USA to 780 Industrial Park Blvd, unit D. KJ USA is a subsidiary company of KWANGJIN WINTEC in Korea. KJ USA is an automotive seat warmer supplier to DAS, KIA, Hyundai, and LEAR.

3. The lease of units K, L-M at 2778 Gunter Park Drive to the State of Alabama Department of Transportation.  The Office of Fleet Management will assess the State’s current fleet of vehicles and focus on the proper management of fuel efficiency and maintenance.
