The company was formed in 1974 as a collaboration between
Nimrod T. Frazer, Sr. and The Pattillo Construction
Corporation, an internationally recognized and respected
construction company specializing in industrial
buildings. That collaboration continues today under the
leadership of Nimrod

and is key in helping us meet the highest expectations set

the construction of speculative industrial buildings

New Leases & News
After viewing numerous facilities in Montgomery over a several month period,
Hausted Patient Handling Systems, Inc has leased approximately 50,000 square feet of office/warehouse space from Industrial Partners, LLC.
This building is located at 2511 Midpark Drive, Montgomery, Alabama and is part of an 81,358 square foot facility in Gunter Industrial Park.
Hausted may employ as many as 45 employees and will be
supplying special patient medical bed to medical service providers. Hausted has entered into a long term lease with options to expand within the building.
Communications Unlimited Contracting Services, Inc. has selected 7,260 square feet of space located in Building B at 2776 Gunter Park Drive East as their new business home. Industrial Partners, LLC is pleased to provide their space requirements.
Industrial Park, located at 2776 Gunter Park Drive East, has
become the new home of Southern Patient Care, Inc. With
offices located throughout the State, Southern Patient Care,
Inc. has chosen Industrial Partners, LLC to provide their
Montgomery home. The company has located in 3,630 square
feet known as Unit “L”.
