Industrial Partners, LLC has been expanding opportunities for clients requiring Montgomery and Alabama industrial buildings and commercial real estate for over 45 years. The company was formed in 1974 as a collaboration between Nimrod T. Frazer, Sr. and The Pattillo Construction Corporation, an internationally recognized and respected construction company specializing in industrial buildings.
In 1985, Nimrod T Frazer, Jr. (Nim) joined the company, taking over ownership and became the primary leasing broker and chief executive officer. Industrial Partners, LLC and is under the management of the second generation of the Frazer family, and an addition of the third generation when Nim’s daughter, joined the company in 2012 .
In September of 2024, Industrial Partner’s entire industrial portfolio was sold , consisting of 17 buildings. Industrial Partner’s is proud of the footprint they have built in the Montgomery and Opelika area. We continue to brokerage client’s space and hold ownership of several parcels of land available for future projects.

It is the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate.
