Nim Frazer Attends 2103 SIOR Winter Meeting

David Blanchard presented the keynote speech on consolidating your business strategy. He outlined very effective ways to streamline your efforts, particularly in marketing, to maximize their return.

The meeting, with members from Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Northwest Florida, boasted the highest attendance in the chapter’s history. The Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) is the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. With more than 3,000 members in more than 630 cities in 29 countries, SIOR represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists.

“It was very nice to see so many members at the meeting,” stated Nim Frazer. “It’s always good to get together with other members to share ideas and information. It’s a big factor in staying on top in our competitive industry.”

The meeting, sponsored by Johnson Development, Sirote Law Firm, and Beech Street Capital, was held in The Community Room at The Sirote Law Firm, with dinner afterwards at The Club, atop Red Mountain in Birmingham.
